I worked at Operation Homefront full-time

Comfortable work place, laid back environment, great opportunity to help military families. Great entry level job to get your feet wet, and to get a glimpse into a major non profit. Growing company and still trying to find a balance between services and policy. Freedom to work in a manner that is more comfortable to you not much micro management.

Inconsistent, ethics are highly questionable, management very secretive and deceptive. They have gone through CEO's like shoes, people vanish without any mention if they cross the wrong member in management. Upper management consist of a married couple??? Which would be less alarming at a larger company. High turnover-for a reason, individuals that have worked for the company for more than 5 years are almost non-existent, which demonstrates that this is a pit stop company not one you want to get to comfortable with. No real formal training, more of a sink or swim situation.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Honesty, Transparency, Ethics, Consistency-I think with time the company will be able to adapt and be a place where people want to work for the long haul.
