Dying business market, when I started there were 15 service accounts in the region, when I left there were only 5.
Very low pay with a weekly bonus that was used as carrot in front of the horse. Made a mistake on your weekly paperwork? No problem, you only lost part of your bonus.
Regional management was a joke. Uneducated, clueless, short fuse, bad attitude, constantly showed favoritism, unprofessional, condescending...... A mild way to describe the Regional manager I had the unpleasant experience of working for.
Communication and interaction with upper management was disgraceful. They acted as if they were too good to interact with technicians.Advice to ManagementAdvice
Take a lesson on running a successful company. Hire decent managers to run the field service regions. Don't hire internal employees with zero post secondary educations just because they will work long hours for little pay. Spend a little money and get some decent management and maybe, just maybe you won't have to spend so much money training new technicians year after year.Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookDisapproves of CEO
