I worked at OpusPros
Decent compensation and benefits. Not a lot of micromanagement but needs to have some day to day management involvement.Cons
ZERO training. Expected to know everything and complete you job tasks the way your upper manager wanted, yet had very little day to day assistance or instructions. Garbage in garbage out.
Expect to work from home most nights.
Self-performed work needs to be heavily addressed. No wonder most managers want to sub everything out, field crews are left to their own and the work takes as long as it takes and costs and much as it costs. No control.Advice to ManagementAdvice
Work more in teams and monitor the work of your subordinates, work and show them how you would like it done instead of being disappointed when it gets done another way. Create some actual training by doing activities with individuals, not lecturing to the group.
Heavy overhaul on self-performed work.Doesn't RecommendNeutral OutlookNo opinion of CEO
