I have been working at PCM Services SARCOM

    Pros

Good Experience, and decent pay for entry level IT position. Get to experience a multitude of clients.

    Cons

No training regiment, If you are good at your job you get stuck with more work, hands down. The people who are struggling either get fired and replaced or get to sit there and do nothing all day for the same pay.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take a look at your teams, and praise or give incentives to showcase talents, or atleast recognize the things people do already instead of taking advantage of them.
