    Pros

    As a freelance audio engineer, getting hired by PSAV ended up being a great choice. If you have experience it definitely helps because there does not seem to be a real training program in place. The work is pretty steady and flexible with decent pay.

    Cons

    If you are not used to troubleshooting or working with clients face-to-face, then you may struggle at first.

    Advice to Management

    Management and employees would benefit if there were a training program in place for new hires. This should cover basics of troubleshooting a variety of gear that might make new hires experience heightened.
