I worked at Papa John's part-time (more than an year)

It's a great first job for someone in high school or college. The hours were very flexible as my schedule changed and I typically got a decent amount of hours. When I worked there employees got a 50% discount, which was really nice. Often got free food during my shifts as well. Benefits were available too. If you put a lot of effort forth every day, it doesn't go unnoticed. Overall I grew to love my job and the people I worked with.

The training for new employees is awful. They just throw you in and hope you don't drown. I got stuck training a few people here and there, even though I wasn't a manager or anything. Management was unstable and the expectations they held you up to would often fluctuate. Management was also very strict and nit-picky about every imagine aspect of the pizzas appearance.

    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
