Par Pharmaceuticals in Irvine, CA is a terrible and corrupt place to work due to bad Senior Management

None. If you care about your reputation and career advancement, don't work here and get out as soon as possible. The pay is not even competitive. There are plenty of other reputable and more rewarding places to work in Orange County. Par Pharmaceuticals in Irvine has a bad reputation and by working there, you will too. I’m just glad that got out when I did.

Senior management is rude, arrogant, disrespectful and demeaning to all people beneath them. They lack professionalism and the required knowledge to run the business and will eventually drive the company to the ground. Senior Management and Plant Manager has no clue about how to research, develop and manufacture quality product with appropriate process controls and quality systems in place. They have little to no knowledge of current regulations and industry practice/standard pertaining to pharmaceuticals nor do they care. Quite frankly, they do not deserve their titles and have no business running the place. The new Senior management in Quality comes from generic drug companies with consent decrees, warning letters and other issues with the FDA (i.e. Watson Pharmaceuticals and Teva Parental Medicines.) Do your research and you find out all you need to know.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Senior management should step down, resign and admit your lack of knowledge in the business. Make room for more knowledgeable people to manage the company. Attend professional management courses on how to be a good manager and how to act professional and respectful towards all others including your own employees. Learn to treat others the way you would like to be treated.
