I have been working at Patient First full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Interview process is very thorough which is good to weed out not-so-eligible employees. Doctors are very helpful and willing to educate if you are interested. Fast pace enviornment which helps the day go by. Pay is much better than others in the market. Overally great experience working at Patient First.

    Cons

Only con is that full time is 35 hours a week, not 40. The doors do close at 10 and you have to see whatever patients are left in the center. A lot of times the nurses will let you go if you are a MA. So, a lot of times you don't make it to 40 hours. Shifts are 7 hour shifts instead of 8 because of the 35 hour a week mark, but some centers allow you to do doubles which is great so you can get your shifts completed in two and a half days.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Would like to see better Life Insurance coverage, not very fond of the decreases once you hit 60, 65, or 70 years old.
