Former Employee - Consultant in Wallington, London, England (UK)

I worked at Penta Consulting full-time for more than 3 years

Good incentives, good training, fair commission structure

Commission structure changed too often, office politics, micro-management

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The culture can be very clicky and I saw a lot of banter that was taken too far, becoming more like bullying. You have to have rhino skin to get to the top of the tree in recruitment but turning a blind eye to that sort behaviour won't do a lot of good in the long-run. Overall a good company to work for and perhaps learn the ropes from but if you are not one of the "favourites", you will probably excel and reach your full potential elsewhere...
