    Pros

Working with the staff in the office and outer offices was one of the few benefits. Free parking in the city and having delays for bad weather.

    Cons

Very poor training. The director in Pittsburgh is extremely rude and confrontational with her employees and is set in her ways. You are unable to go to HR as it is her daughter and confidentiality is compromised. VERY HIGH TURNOVER within the company which made it hard to work with others. Good luck in obtaining pay raises because they are on freezes. The company has a stock program available based on it's performance and market value. Your value to the company is not recognized and always overlooked. There is no room for growth internally and if you are looking to get your foot in the door, the backdoor is open for you to run out as that is where the director will send you.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Create a training program for your new hires, don't rely on your current employees as they have no idea or direction. GET RID OF THE CURRENT DIRECTOR! She is a dictator to her 4 offices which essentially has had a complete turnover in all 4 locations due to her unwillingness to listen to the concerns of her employees. She is rude, dishonest, and conniving. Hire an unbiased HR representative who you can turn to in your time of need and not worry about the repercussions of addressing your concerns. The home office needs to investigate the ethics of what is being done in the Pittsburgh location. Hopefully you catch it before someone higher than Personal Touch does.
