I worked at Pizza Hut part-time (more than 3 years)

The work is a bit slower and easier than other fast food places. How much you enjoy working there really depends on who the manager is and the people you work with. If you have a good manger, like I did, he/she will be very understanding if you need time off for things like school. If you have a terrible manager, you will probably hate working here.

No raises given in the 3 years I worked there, lunch breaks were not mandatory unless it was a slow day and I asked for one, it's basically only a step up from a fast food job.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make lunch breaks and 15 minute breaks mandatory. Fire any store manager who does not give their employees breaks.
