    Pros

    Very laid back position most of the time, simple duties, sometimes you might have to find extra work to keep yourself busy. POTENTIAL to make great tips

    Cons

    Very laid back position most of the time, simple duties, sometimes you might have to find extra work to keep yourself busy. No compensation for gas during deliveries, $1.10 per delivery for advertising on your car. Constantly driving with no tips your gas tank can really take a hit. Customers are charged $2.75 for their delivery and this is often confused for a tip, which it is not. They tell you every 6 months your performance will be evaluated to discuss a pay raise, it never happened and unfortunately I was not alone with regards to this. No incentives to make an extra effort at anything.

    Advice to Management

    Follow up with employees as promised to discuss a possible pay raise, Compensate drivers for their gas usage. Add incentives for exceptional performance. Make sure cleaning tools are up to date and
