    Great coworkers, great training

I worked at Princeton Review part-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Flexibility of schedule, interesting, talented and super smart coworkers. Training is thorough and rigorous.

    Cons

Although pay was good per hour, the work I did was definitely part-time. Teachers and tutors work by the hour, with no benefits. Training, while excellent, is very low paying. Plenty of people don't make the cut and become teachers, although that is not truly a con. They want the best teachers.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Value your experienced and gifted teachers more and give them greater chance to work full time and get benefits.
