Current Employee - Teacher and Tutor in New Orleans, LA

I have been working at Princeton Review part-time (more than an year)

Able to set your own schedule and work as much/as little as you want, reimbursements for mileage and driving time when a client/class is significantly far from home

Challenging to increase pay with a raise (lengthy review process each year), sometimes the office staff can be a challenge to work with, good professional development

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

There is a lot of overhead to the tutoring and teaching service, but the people who actually deliver the service (teachers and tutors) make a small amount compared to what clients pay. Without an increase in pay, retention will continue to be a challenge.

    Neutral Outlook
