Keep your mouth shut and you'll keep your job.

You WILL NOT advance unless you personally know someone in upper management
Managers make up their own rules and you MUST follow, even if they are wrong
Biased as it relates to race. I've seen over 10 people quit that have been of diverse backgrounds
They do not pay according to experience (as they should)
    You will not be trained
There is no formal structure nor organization in any of the departments
Those that hold technical titles have had no training or experience, job was given based on who they know.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get rid of the old heads and take a chance with more innovative and advanced individuls. Start valuing your employees. Stop making comments that degrade your employees. Compensate based on the right things (education, experience, etc) instead of based on your own discretion.
