I worked at Prosum as a contractor (less than an year)

They seem to get better job listings, on average, than other IT recruiters in the L.A. Metropolitan area.

As an applicant to a contract position, your experience will vary greatly depending on which recruiter you deal with. They might be highly motivated and informed, and communicate frequently. Or, as is the case with FAR too many IT recruiters; the last call you'll get from them is when you are submitted for a position. After that, no check-ins or status updates; you'll have to "chase" the person with e-mails and voice mails to get a status update.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Implement standards for your recruiters; especially regarding communicating with job applicants.
