I am challenged and learn something valuable every day. I feel valued by my partners. I am not micro-managed, yet empowered. My creativity gets put to use every day. The people I work with are some of the best and smartest people I've ever worked with. They have a database for everything, which means even more learning which I love. Their Helpline is excellent.

PwC has a hard time getting full buy-in for their new processes. An example is migrating their email and calendar from Lotus Notes to Google. Calendar Chaos prevails, when Outlook could have solved all these issues. They have a database for everything when newer technologies are so much faster and smoother, so they're playing catch-up.

    Advice to Management

Get full buy-in on new processes. Optimize your internal administrative staff: their participation in the client relationship could be a great boost to business.
