    Pros

    Great passionate, engaged, and committed staff. Senior management is committed to building capacity of staff and recognizes the hard work put in by employees. The technical expertise and core values of the company lead to an interesting working portfolio. Friendly working environment.

    Cons

    Work load can be intense at some points. However, leadership recognizes this and still manages to encourage staff to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Continue to build the capacity of staff, especially more junior staff. Engage the larger group in discussing decisions that affect the working culture and strategic plans.
