    Pros

    - Great product that consistently performs and drives value for customers
    - Massive data set is a huge competitive advantage
    - Good people are who intelligent and great to work with
    - Fun culture - people LIKE to stay late and get work done (free dinner doesn't hurt there either)
    - Great perks

    Cons

    - Not enough customer support resources
    - Unclear company mission and values
    - Product Management is far too disconnected from sales and client services.
    - Weak marketing presence
    - Inconsistent career pathing

    Advice to Management

    What's the reason Quantcast exists? Over-communicate the company goals and values (qualitative, not just we need to do $X in revenue). Leadership should have a clear message to the company so all employees are looking in the same direction. Imbalance in emphasis between Measure (non-paid product) and Advertise (paid) leads to confusion in the market - company message and marketing needs to align better with Advertise. Quantcast should be a power player in adtech above lesser products from DMP's and DSP's but it doesn't yet carry the weight that it should. Sales needs a global leadership presence.
