OK if you are an average bloke who does a good to above average job and can satisfy the client. Decent job and fairly regular opportunities for those in Analyst/Accountant to Senior to Manager to Senior Manager levels.

If you are an over-achiever, don't expect to be compensated for it. The market pay is pretty tight for the types of roles RGP has a niche obtaining within their client base.
Not a good place for you as a consultant if you are in higher level positions. RGP does not know how to consistently recruit higher level roles from clients and so you are at risk for longer stints on the bench, plus see issue with market pay challenge note above. RGP is not a "premium" player and therefore cannot pay consultants for higher level positions.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

To pursue a specialty niche for consulting practice or even a contract CFO/Controller/VP practice, carve it out as a separate brand under the RGP name in order to create a separate profile for this business.
