    Pros

    • Good compensation and benefits package especially for Winston-Salem, NC area
    • Generous vacation allowances, even at entry level
    • Good breadth and depth of experiences in most job positions
    • Lots of interesting travel opportunities
    • Ample training support and resources
    • Big budgets and well-funded programs

    Cons

    • Old school, small-town culture with only token diversity that is highly skewed to a few departments
    • Shrinking corporate pyramid in a declining industry, impedes career progression
    • Repressive employment arbitration agreement highly favoring the company is a prerequisite for bonuses, make sure you fully understand the content and potential implications
    • Lots of out-sourcing for Human Resources functions, be sure to regularly verify and keep written documentation of all compensation, benefits and retirement related information
