    I worked at Rio Tinto as an intern (more than an year)


    For an internship, the pay was pretty good. Taught me how to be a self-starter. Was included in some of my teams lunches.


    No benefits for interns. As an intern, I had hoped for a mentor to help guide me in learning the mining industry, but the company was so unorganized that I didn't even have a real supervisor for months.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Don't forget about the interns or the small people. One day they could be running the company.
