    I worked at Rite Aid full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Loved working at my first store as a cashier! Plenty of hours! Great learning experience with wonderful customers!

    Cons

    When I was promoted, I was moved to a store that was disorganized and coworkers who were rude and disrespectful. If you complained or took a day or two off, you got "punished" later in hours.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    With a company slogan, "With Us, It's Personal" you should make it more comfortable to work. Take the hint when well respected employees abandon a specific store. It's not the customers driving us away.....
