    It's right off the higway.


    Terrible training, poor internal communication. I was dumped into a major account with only a folder from the previous customer service representative with notes marked on order summaries. Not a word about how to handle the account was shared. My supervisor could only say 'you have to figure it out from the red folder'.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Train your people and stop demanding that new employees guess their way to success.
