I worked at Rosewood Hotels & Resorts

    Pros

busy position, lots of diversity, room for growth if you're willing to put in time and learn, there's a diverse workforce that really allows for you to grow as a person if you're willing to get to know other people and break free from your comfort zone.

    Cons

no work/life balance, pay was too low, sometimes went a month without a day off after working 15-20 hour days consistently

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

work to improve relations with employees - they don't get enough support and praise for what they do.

    Positive Outlook
