    Pros

    Financially stable (for now). Employee discount (?)

    Cons

    Gross misuse of company funds to lavish executives with outlandish luxuries. Managers are verbally abusive and purposefully create a hostile workplace environment. Managment is not interested in investing in people or technology.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Be open to change, invest in people and embrace technology.
