    They expect you to do everyones job if you are new.
    Minimal training
    No respect

    Loss prevention does nothing when people steal.
    Favoritism
    Take advantage of new employees
    Stressful enviroment
    Watched like a hawk
    I was criticized for my work ..they said i moved to slow but my percentage turned up higher then the two managers that had a thing against me.. Maybe they didnt want me to excel. I felt very unappreciated.

    Hire more people. Provide better training for managers.
