    I worked at Royal Caribbean Cruises as a contractor (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    Good company profile, lots to learn, good human resource department, multinational crew, social life rocks, no discrimination, constant trainings to develop oneself.

    Cons

    Low salary, slow growth, you need to know someone high up to climb the ladder to success, tough for mid level managers as the human resources is used as a tool by non performers to not do their job properly.

    Depending upon ship to ship, the work place environment changes. Different ships in the same company have diffent work place environments.
