    I worked at Royal Caribbean Cruises as a contractor for more than 10 years

    Pros

    Great Travel. Meals included. Free room and board.

    Cons

    Working 24/7. Also you will be doing work outside of what you are hired for as part of "helping out" or for "emergency duties".
    Also many salaries border on slave labor.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Don't treat employees as expendable and you will have greater loyalty and harder workers.
