I worked at SAIC full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Great benefits for your 401K, medical and dental. Management is pretty much hands off if the work is being done. And they do at least host a annual holiday party. Good place to make some money

    Cons

they are are all about the bottom line for their share holders. They do not believe in paying overtime. Training opportunities are rare like their pay increases

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Spend time getting to know your employees that work WITH you. It's a shame that some minorities all look alike and you have no clue who is who because you do not spend time getting to know them.

    Recommends
    Positive Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
