Tough economic times drives Sygma to cut head count instead of focusing on growth and improvements.

    I worked at SYGMA Network

Sygma pays it employees very well compared to the industry average for front line employees.

For supervisors and managers, the financial return is less than industry average. Many managers I had worked with were looking for new jobs within the first year of employment. The managers are pushed beyond their limits. Upper management puts on a good face but behind the doors its just the opposite.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Cutting head count to save a quick buck just to make the bottom line look good does not mean its the right choice. Try focusing more on building positive relationships (not lying) with your employees and you just might see an improvement in production.
