All benefits of working at Safeway have been stripped away, replaced with a upbeat “this is the industry standard” standard statement, and a bunch of upper level managers that seem greedy, scared for their positions, and at times down right evil.
Many of the valuable upper level managers left months ago, leaving behind the poor performing executives to take advantage of job openings. Now the new aquisistion team gets stuck with the worst of the Safeway executives.
Advice to Management
They should seriously see how poorly staffed at the executive level, how many feel entitled to treat people poorly. Most of which put their career agenda before the companies health.
