    Pros

There are good benefits, and employees seem to be treated well. There is no cut throat environment at all and most people get along just fine.

    Cons

Schneider just seems to be too big when it comes to developing and marketing products. Not enough coordination between all the teams.

    Advice to Management

The constant travel restrictions and budget cutting have an intangible cost. When the employees can't see each other occasionally and have good personal relationships, that hurts the company.
