Current Employee - Intern - Hourly

I have been working at Schneider Electric as an intern (more than a year)

    Pros

Opportunities, the work-life balance, and the people that work at Schneider. If you are hard working and go the extra mile, the opportunities will find you. Visibility of VP's and execs is not uncommon. Also have a great benefit package.

    Cons

If you do not get a manager that will work with you rather than just giving you assignments to complete, it can be hard to move up; especially with the size of Schneider.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take the little extra time to develop employees that work under you. It will benefit you and the company in the long run.
