I have been working at Schneider Electric full-time (less than a year)

Schneider invests in its employees and has great benefits. There is plenty of opportunity to work in different geographies and functional areas, if you seek it out. Many diverse markets and offers. Dedicated to sustainability. Work-life balance is prioritized.

A company of many sub-cultures and cobwebs (in terms of processes and systems) resulting from acquisitions. Knowledge is too often scattered and siloed, which can result in a feeling of alienation. Management is aware, but this is a big ship to move.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't allow a short-term cost perspective to short-change critical investments needed to harmonize systems and information. State-of-the-art information governance should become a top priority, but cannot only be dictated from the top down.
