I have been working at Sears full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Advanced quickly, made a decent paycheck. Met some really great people. Can't think of enough positive words to meet this 20 word minimum so I typed this sentence.

    Cons

Literally everything else. I have worked at some point in the last 3 years as a salesperson, a stock person, several department manager positions and HR. Never have I felt supported. I am self sufficient but if you aren't, if you can't train yourself from the ground up and be crazy ambitious, you will fail. Take control and make them work for you, its stressful but it pays well.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The company direction is a joke. The iPads are a joke. The philosophy is a joke. You need to get the stuff off the truck, get the stuff on the floor and sell the stuff. That is retail. Do that.
