    I worked at Sedgwick Claims Management Services full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    Great benefits if you are full time: paid vacation, health, 401k, etc. Very good balance work-life if you are a customer service representative, no overtime enforced, optional sometimes for those who want to get extra money, which is nice.

    Cons

    Some coworkers are very unprofessional in their relations with others, even to costumers on the phone or via email they can be rude or lack care. Gossiping around the office creates a bad atmosphere for some groups of people.
