    I have been working at Seilevel full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    -Fast promotion opportunities
    -Flexible when you work as it's task based
    -The times when critical thinking is actually required are fulfilling
    -Opportunity for project management skill growth
    -Friendly and intelligent coworkers for the most part

    Cons

    - CEO angers easily, picks and chooses what is relevant to company values on a whim. -- unlikely to change
    - In promotion hearings and when talking about values/principles, employees are often asked what their opinion is about something, then if it's different from the canned response upper mgmt is looking for, they're wrong and the perspective is dismissed. This is an interesting take for a company that holds a core value of intellectual honesty.
    - Some project work is fulfilling business analysis needs at large corporations, this feels futile a lot of the time and doesn't match up with what the job description is during the recruiting process. While it's not guaranteed that this may happen, the work that is done on projects varies and it's really luck of the draw.
    - A lot of mundane tasks in lower level roles, the recruiting phase places a huge emphasis on intellectual ability, but a lot of the work doesn't seem to require it.
    - Management champions the company's methodology, but it is implemented differently in most projects. Need to standardize your own work before you can try to establish an industry standard for others.
    - Not much opportunity for technological skill growth
    - Focusing on growing existing customer connections when a single customer generates a majority of the current revenue does not seem like a good position to take.
    - Can end up working 50 hour weeks, 45 hour work week minimum
