    I have been working at Sephora part-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Very fun, energetic work environment. The skills that you learn here are incomparable to any other customer service job.

    Cons

    Depending on who is in your team (as is the case with all jobs), some people can become gossipy, catty, or rude. My general advice is to steer clear of this type of stuff, especially in the workplace.

    Customers can also be extremely rude. But on the flipside, there are customers that absolutely make your week.
