I have been working at SevOne full-time for less than a year

I could not have asked for a better opportunity coming right out of college. The people that I work with have the same goals, work ethic, and interests that I do. All of the people in the BDR/ISR position are young, friendly, and are willing to help. This job and company provides a great opportunity to grow as a salesman and move up within the company. SevOne provides all the tools to developing into a successful salesman.

Since SevOne is growing so rapidly, there are times where communication between management and the employees is a little unclear; although this is very typical for a rapidly growing company. Besides some mis-communication from time to time, everything has been great.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I believe if we have a clearer line of communication and objectives on a weekly basis, our team will only continue to be the best. We should organize more company events/happy hours to be able to socialize with people that we do not work with directly.
