I have been working at Sharpshooter Imaging full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

You work with a lot of great people. Yes it's sales, but everyone has each others backs. Pay is decent for what you do. Its fun interacting with guest except when they yell at you push you out of the way.

    Cons

Management is a joke, promoting co-workers with little to no management or leadership experience. Managers sit on there butts all day and don't see the struggle their employers are dealing with out in the field. They are always giving feedback, rarely positive though. No reason to grow with the company. High turn over rate, and the littlest mistake will get you yelled at. Depending on your work area that day, you are in the blistering sun and are not allowed to wear hats since it's not part of the uniform policy, even the guests feel bad for you. Guest walk all over you and you can't do anything about it. The job is very frustrating at times and you hardly ever clock out with a smile on your face. Better get a second job in the slow season, you'll barely work 25/hrs a week. I could go on and on.....
