I have been working at Sheraton full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Highly satisfied Front Desk Associate. Very friendly Manangement in a hi quality enviroment to provide our guest when they arrive a warm welcome to our property in orlando Florida. I love wht I do, they give me training to keep us focus on doing well. Opportunities to grow. Management was so professional so you feel passion and respect to others inside.I love it. At all excellent enviroment to work.

    Cons

Increase of salary in employees who doing well during the years. The raise is too short so most employees in my department going forward to get money because instead you need to love what you do you are not going to receive discount in yor monthly lease or mortgage. So if they evaluate outstanding associates they need to find a way to keep it inside the Corporate increase their outside needs with money obviously. If youre a Higly recognized brand you cannot compare in payment to employees with the payment of cheap hotels. The corporate don't want to get compared with cheap hotels so employees too for example.
