Relationship Manager II - Corporate Finance
Silicon Valley Bank – San Francisco, CA
Candidates for Relationship Manager I and II will be considered for this opportunity. Manages assigned client relationships. Underwrites and documents complex credits. Independently contacts clients and prospects. Responsible for some new business development and must be willing to travel. Leads team interaction with operations and product groups. Assigns risk assessment to assigned portfolios. Determines appropriate plan of action for deteriorating credits. Follows up on referrals for prospective clients and presents SVB products and services. Proactively identifies cross sell opportunities. Develops a network in the business community. Prepares renewal term sheets independently. Interacts with all levels of clients independently. Serves as a resource for Associates and may play a managerial role.
