I have been working at SiriusXM part-time (more than 3 years)

Great benefits. Opportunity to learn a lot. Make many contacts. The people are all very experienced and there's stability, not a lot of people coming in and out.

Much is left to you to figure out. You really have to take the lead because there often is not a clear direction. it's a big company and it takes a lot to get noticed for your work. It is what you make it and you must work hard, often long hours.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

People need to feel more included in the mission of the company but not just generalities. Each individuals should be made to understand his or her unique need.

    Positive Outlook
