I have been working at Six Flags part-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

It is what you make it. If you want to come to work and have a great time, that is what will happen. The days will be easy, you will meet tons of brilliant people, and you will want to be there. Free entry into the park, excellent side perks (tickets, employee programs, promotions), and an awesome place for a person in need of a first job.

    Cons

Unfortunately, there are people who aren't as happy to be there are you and it can really put a damper on you. This is not a job for experienced professionals, unless you don't mind making minimum wage. The pay is crappy and the expectations are high. Full time staff needs a revamp.
