I have been working at Six Flags as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

The corporate alliances team here on every level makes you feel a part of the team and want you to succeed, whether it's explaining what they do or helping you connect to another department. They're all willing to help with anything. Intern duties were never extremely tedious, but were rather meaningful tasks. The tasks are varied as well. Also, you get to meet with every member of the corporate alliances team one-on-one which is incredibly helpful and an experience in itself. People here love what they're doing and you can tell! As long as you're willing to work hard and be able to take feedback constructively you'll have an incredible experience here! Being genuinely interested in the theme park industry greatly helps as well!

    Cons

Having to sit in front of a computer all day, but that's just the nature of the work.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep doing what you're doing and continue making all team members feel equal!
