    Great Internship Program

Former Employee - Training and Human Resources Liaison in Gurnee, IL

I worked at Six Flags as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

Lots of responsibility, strict 40-hour per week limit on working hours, employer really cares about their employees!

    Cons

Pay for internships is very disproportionate to the amount of work you put in! That is common throughout the company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take an interest in the team members! You will have less turnover in employees if you train the supervisors and leads to take an interest in their team members and make sure they are getting what they need.
