    Pros

Working for SmithBucklin can be demanding, but it's a great environment to work in with great benefits, such as the ability to work from home occasionally and an ESOP program. If you get a job here or work here currently, don't invest in the 401K, invest in ESOP instead. The returns are much greater.

The staff for the most part is great and overall there is a great culture that is promoted here. You see the returns of your work and see how it makes a difference for the clients. The experience you receive working here can open a lot of doors.

I would be willing to work here again some day. The company isn't going anywhere and has a solid business model.

    Cons

For anyone with a lot of work experience, you do end up working with a lot of employees straight out of college with no professional experience. This can lead to some frustrating scenarios, but it's also an opportunity for you to take on more of a leadership role among your peers.
