Compensation, benefits, moving to brand new building, rewards initiative + motivated individuals

Corporate bureaucracy, teammate infighting, lack of guidance from upper management, lack of vision, technical chief reviews who simply suggest changes (anything, even dumb changes) simply for the sake of "having an impact"

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Employees are required to write project AFEs with fully calculated, clearly thought out timelines and evaluation progression steps, but when we present them to you all we get is "hmm, that's interesting", and nothing gets done. It also appears that your expectations change between Quarterly meetings, without these changes being shared w/ us, so that we are berated for not living up to them.
