I worked at State Farm full-time (more than an year)

The only good thing I can say about the experience was not working weekends, although I did feel pressured to take work home with me so I ended up working weekends anyways.

No benefits whatsoever and terrible pay. They change your commission structure after you're hired without notice so that they don't have to pay you. With no HR department you can get fired for any reason at any time too no job security either! In this economy this is not the type of job you would want to leave another employer for.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Put some type of accountability in place for how agents treat their employees, it is a reflection of State Farm as a company.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
