    Pros

    my department offered plenty of telecommute days, and a flexible schedule

    Cons

    poor compensation, culture in the office was very negative, limited career development opportunity.

    stop living in the past, and look toward the future. Encourage employees to speak their mind without fear of blowback to their teams.
